I have been practicing hatha (or physical) yoga since 1999, and many years later made the life decision to be more deeply trained in sharing and teaching this healthy lifestyle to others. My method of hatha yoga is vinyasa flow, which is linking your movement to your breath. Muscle strength gain, deeper flexibility, and the ability to calm the nervous system are the focus of our practice.
Balancing the health of the body will align the mind and spirit as well.
