  • Tell me about your current life habits and where you'd like to move forward in a positive light.  The practice we share will be one directed at your intention.     

Common intentions: 

---"I want to be more flexible", we will work towards limbering up the muscles.                             ---"I want to clear my head", we will move in such ways that will require concentration, therefore clearing your mind of clutter talk.                               

I am in love with making ‪yoga‬ more accessible for everyone, regardless of gender, age, current level of flexibility or fitness. There is a ‪modification‬ for every body. ♡
