~Yoga Teacher Biography~
~~Studied at White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA, USA

~~Completed Harvard Divinity class on "Buddhism Through Scriptures".

I have been practicing hatha (or physical) yoga since 1999, but most recently made the life decision to be more deeply trained in sharing and teaching this lifestyle to others. My method is a vinyasa flow, which is linking your movement to your breath. Alignment, muscle strength gain, and flexibility are the focus of our practice. Balancing the health of the body will align the mind and spirit as well.
